How Training Works

The training system is the core mechanic of Kick Door To Escape. By training your body, you increase your power level, which determines how strong doors you can kick through.

Training can be done through various methods, including clicking training equipment, using automation features, and consuming items that boost your training efficiency.

Training Methods

Manual Training

Click on training equipment to manually train your body. Each click increases your power by a certain amount. This is the most basic training method available to all players.

Automated Training

As you progress, you may unlock automation features that train your body automatically, allowing you to gain power even when you're not actively clicking.

Stat Boosts

Use items like Energy Bars, Energy Drinks, and Rainbow Apples to temporarily boost your training efficiency or double your stats for a limited time.

Power System

Your power level determines how strong doors you can kick through. Here's how power works:

  • Power increases as you train your body
  • Each door requires a minimum power level to kick through
  • Higher power levels allow you to progress to new worlds
  • Premium players get +20% power boost
  • Items and codes can temporarily boost your power
